Shipping and payment conditions

Delivery:
Orders and deliveries are only possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post.

Shipping costs and delivery times:
Your orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days for orders received from Monday to Friday by 2 pm. 

- Orders with a value of goods of CHF 99.00 or more are free of shipping costs.
- Orders below a value of goods of CHF 99.00 = shipping costs CHF 8.50

Payment:

Payments can be made by invoice, PayPal, PostFinance (Card & E-Finance), TWINT or credit card (MasterCard & VISA).

Purchase on account

Purchase on account (including payment by instalments) is processed by CembraPay AG. The General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of CembraPay AG apply.

Payment by PayPal

Payment is made directly via your PayPal account. After submitting the order, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal and release the value of the goods there. As soon as our PayPal account has been informed about your authorisation, the shipment will take place. When the goods are shipped, your PayPal account will be debited with the actual invoice amount.

Payment by credit card
You pay directly in the ordering process by entering your credit card details. When the goods are shipped, your credit card will be charged with the actual invoice amount.

Prices:
All prices include the statutory value added tax.

Retention of title:
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
