Size guide

If you are buying barefoot shoes for the first time, we recommend that you choose the same size as your existing shoes. Minimal shoes feel deliberately 'big' - and you should have half to a full thumb's width (approx. 12mm) of space in the toe area. If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size.

If you have been wearing barefoot shoes for a long time, you may notice that your feet grow as your toes take on a more natural shape and size. Over time, you may need to increase your shoe size.

Each manufacturer's minimal shoes may vary in size due to the upper material used, the cut or the production site. The size charts below give you a rough overview of the insole lengths of the individual sizes.

The cm figures in the size charts refer to the inside length of the shoe.
